Student Instructions

VMware software is available to current Troy University Information Systems majors. To gain access, user accounts must be created by faculty. User accounts are created at the beginning of every semester based on course enrollment.

When user accounts are created, students will receive an email from Troy University - Sorrell College of Business under the email address noreply@e-academy.com. Within the email are directions to complete registration which consists of filling out a form on the VMware website. The email contains a direct student-specific link to the form.

Once the form is accessed, the top half must be filled in with student first name, last name, and a password of the student's choice. The bottom half under the heading "Proof of Eligibility" will already be completed. Once the top half has been completed, click the Register button at the bottom of the forum.

A registration confirmation email will be sent and the student may begin downloading VMware software.
