MyITLab Diagnostics Tool
Note: Pearson Education now has a
Home Diagnostics Tool Kit available, which performs many of the same diagnostics
that this tool provides. The SCOB tool is no longer undergoing further development,
but is kept available here for reference purposes.
The MyITLab Diagnostics Tool is designed to help diagnose any problems that may
cause MyITLab not to function as expected on your computer.
To use the tool, download it using the link below and save it to
a location on your computer (such as your Desktop). Then, double-click the program
icon. To run the diagnostics, click the Run button. When the diagnostic tests have
finished, you may export or e-mail the results to your instructor for further assistance.
