myitlab DVD Instructions

These instructions are to be used with the DVD you received through your instructor.

1. Insert the DVD in your DVD drive.
2. Open My Computer.
3. Show the Folders pane on the left hand side (click the Folders button on the toolbar).
4. In the Folders pane, click on the icon for your DVD drive. The label should read myitlab_Jan2008.
5. In the details pane on the right, right-click the TAIT3 folder.
6. Click Copy in the shortcut menu.
7. In the Address bar, type %AppData% and hit the Enter key.
8. Right-click in blank space in the details page (do not click on an existing icon) and select Paste.
9. If asked to Overwrite, click Yes.
10. The files are being copied from the DVD to the location on your hard drive where the myitlab simulation player expects them.

Note: You must also complete the myitlab installation wizard found at http://www.myitlab.com in order to successfully run the program.
