Truthfully, the experience was a great pleasure for me. Sue, Cindy, and Patsy made me feel completely at ease and they had made all of the necessary arrangements so that my role was easy. One example, we canceled the Friday 5-8 session because there was a small group of people signed up. Sue and Patsy contacted each person and all signed up for another session. This required Sue and Patsy to re-issue admission slips for each person, a task generally performed by the site administrator. Their diligence made my work easier and decreased chance of error or delay for the candidates. This thoughtfulness and proactive thinking is representative of the behaviors the three of them exhibited for the whole pre-test session. Cindy was amazingly prepared, professional and supportive.
